Overview
Loan Factory is hiring Social Media Recruiters to grow our presence across platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and convert engagement into real recruiting results. You will own one platform—building content, engaging audiences, and directly recruiting Loan Officers (LOs) in the US.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow one assigned platform (content, engagement, performance tracking)
- Create and publish posts, short-form videos, and community content
- Identify and engage Loan Officers through groups, forums, and direct outreach
- Build relationships and introduce candidates to Loan Factory
- Track outreach and pipeline activity in CRM
Requirements
- Strong experience with at least one social platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, or Instagram)
- Excellent written communication and outreach skills
- Results-driven with ability to meet KPIs
- Comfortable with evening/early-morning outreach (remote)
Preferred
- Recruiting, sales, or social media experience
- Short-form video/content creation skills
- English proficiency (IELTS 6.5+)
